We have available to us the resources of Gilmore Research Group (www.gilmore-research.com) and their First Choice Facilities (www.firstchoicefacilities.net), for our IVR usability and research work.

We continue our long-term association with Conferences Connect (www.conferencesconnect.com), for whom we conducted an IVR menu design Master Class in Chicago, May 2010 -- at which time we announced the winners of our first annual “Gold Stethoscope” awards.
