The IVR Doctors are pleased to continue our long association with Market Strategies International (www.marketstrategies.com) and its Energy Research & Consulting practice.

We continue our long-term association with Conferences Connect (“Customer Experience Management for Energy Utilities”), for whom we will present an IVR Workshop energy utility case study (JEA co-presenting) in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, February 1-2, 2012.

Peter Brandt and Mark Camack will be speaking at the Contact Center Association Conference - Spring 2012, April 24-26 in Orlando, Florida.

We are pleased to have an association with Twenty First Century Communications, regarding outage and power problem related menus and call flows. We co-presented with our client, Progress Energy, at the TFCC Client Meeting in Memphis, May, 2011.

We presented a webinar for Chartwell (Next Generation Customer Contact Centers) in August, 2010, regarding how to fit energy efficiency and new topics into existing IVRs and new, dedicated IVRs for smart meters, smart grid, custom rates, and other products, services and programs.
