Our primary consulting philosophy is that positive customer satisfaction, high user friendliness, and a highly optimized IVR/ASR system are not mutually exclusive. Our clients have proven that they are strongly related!

Bringing customers into the design process ultimately is crucial and will help ensure that your long term focus can be on memorable call resolution and not on the automated system.
The IVR Doctors operate independent of technology vendors and we have successfully worked with touchtone (only), combination touchtone and speech recognition and speech recognition (only) systems.
Whereas some vendors may have a built in bias -- particularly if the outcome is related to the hardware or software they have sold or may be proposing for your company -- the IVR Doctors are independent!
