[May 20, 2010] Today, results of the 6th Annual Energy Utilities Benchmark Report on IVR/ASR (Interactive Voice Response/Automated Speech Recognition) systems were announced by the IVR Doctors and Market Strategies International. The Benchmark Report compares the automated telephone systems of 60 energy utilities across the U.S. and Canada.
